Defect
The propeller shaft has insufficient angular clearance between the end yoke and spline yoke. Continued use causes the two components to interfere during departures over road irregularities, loosening the lock nut that secures the end yoke. In the worst case, the propeller shaft may detach.
Corrective action
Replace the propeller shaft on all vehicles with a corrected part.

状況
動力伝達装置のプロペラシャフトにおいて、エンドヨークとスプラインヨークの取付角度 の交角余裕が少ないため、そのまま状態で使用を続けると、段差路発進時等に当該部品同 志が干渉し、エンドヨークを締結するロックナットが緩み、最悪の場合、プロペラシャフ トが外れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、プロペラシャフトを対策品と交換する。
