Defect
On certain vehicles, the weld joining the strut bar retaining bracket — part of the suspension assembly — to the body is defective. Continued use may cause partial detachment of the weld and, in the worst case, fracture of the retaining bracket, compromising driving stability.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the engine front support member — the body component to which the affected retaining bracket is welded — with a conforming part.

状況
車体と緩衝装置の一部であるストラットバーの保持金具の溶接に不適切なものがあるた め、このままの状態で使用を続けると、溶接部の一部が剥がれて、最悪の場合、保持金具 が破損し走行安定性を損なうおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該保持金具が溶接されている車体の一部であるエンジンフロントサポートメ ンバを良品と交換する。
