Defect
A defect in the material manufacturing process for the front suspension lower arm has produced units containing pre-existing cracks. Continued use allows the crack to propagate. In the worst case, the lower arm may fracture, compromising vehicle driving stability.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the lower arm with a conforming part.

状況
前輪緩衝装置において、材料製造工程が不適切なため、ロアアームに亀裂が入っているものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると亀裂が進展し、最悪の場合、ロアアームが破断して、走行安定性を損なうおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ロアアームを良品と交換する。
