Issue
On vehicles equipped with a boarding/alighting slope, the hinge bracket securing the slope to the vehicle body has insufficient strength. If a wheelchair restraint belt becomes pinched between the slope and the vehicle body during slope stowage, the hinge bracket may deform. As a result, the slope may detach when extended or while in use.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the hinge bracket with the corrected part.

状況
乗降用スロープ装着車において、スロープを車体に固定するヒンジブラケットの強度が不足しているため、スロープ収納時に車椅子固定ベルトがスロープと車体の間に噛込むと、ヒンジブラケットが変形するものがある。そのため、スロープ引き出し時または使用時に、スロープが外れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ヒンジブラケットを対策品と交換する。
