Issue
On vehicles equipped with a boarding/alighting slope, the hinge bracket mounting bolts that secure the slope to the vehicle body are tightened to an incorrect torque. Over time, these bolts may loosen during use. As a result, the slope may detach when extended or while in use.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the mounting bolts with bolts coated with a thread-locking compound and tighten to the specified torque.

状況
乗降用スロープ装着車において、スロープを車体に固定するヒンジブラケット締付けボルトの締付けトルクが不適切なため、使用過程で当該ボルトが緩むものがある。そのため、スロープ引き出し時または使用時に、スロープが外れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、緩み防止剤を塗布した締付けボルトに交換するとともに、適正なトルクで締め付ける。
