Issue
On van-type vehicles, the mounting structure for the rear upper swing-up door is improperly designed. The plastic hinges along the upper door edge can degrade and fracture due to exposure to atmospheric ozone, ultraviolet radiation, and similar environmental factors. If a hinge breaks while the door is open, the door may detach and fall, posing an injury hazard to workers.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, safety belts are installed on both the left and right sides of the swing-up door. The hinges are also inspected, and any hinge showing visible cracking is replaced with a new part.

状況
バン型車両において、車両後部に取付けられた上部はね上げドアの取付部構造が不適切なため、ドア上縁の樹脂製ヒンジが大気のオゾン、紫外線等により劣化し破断すると、ドア開放時にドアが外れ落下して、作業者に危害を加えるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、はね上げドアの左右に安全ベルトを取り付ける。又、当該ヒンジを点検し、明らかに亀裂が生じているヒンジは新品と交換する。
