Issue
The weld securing the tow hook mounting bracket at the front of the vehicle is improperly formed. During towing operations, the weld may detach, causing the tow hook to separate from the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the tow hook mounting bracket with a conforming part.
