Issue
The hydraulic circuit driving the cooling fan in the engine cooling system is improperly designed. A sudden pressure spike during cooling fan switching operations damages the oil cooler. In the worst case, hydraulic fluid may leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, modify the hydraulic circuit and replace the oil cooler with a new unit.

状況
原動機の冷却装置において、冷却ファンを駆動する油圧回路が不適切なため、冷却ファン 作動切換時の急激な圧力上昇によりオイルクーラが破損し、最悪の場合、作動油が漏れる おそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該油圧回路を変更すると共に、オイルクーラを新品に交換する。
