Defect
On large tour buses, the lower bracket securing the hydraulic fan drive oil reservoir tank was manufactured using material with an incorrectly thin plate thickness. This causes cracks to develop in the upper bracket due to vibration during driving. Continued use can then cause cracks to propagate into the lower bracket and the oil reservoir tank itself, and in the worst case, the oil reservoir tank may detach from the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the lower bracket with a conforming part and the upper bracket with a new part. Replace all associated bolts and nuts with new hardware.

状況
大型観光バスにおいて、油圧式ファンドライブ用オイルリザーバータンクを固定しているブラケットのうち、下側ブラケットを誤って薄い板厚の材料で製造したため、走行中の振動で上側ブラケットに亀裂が生じる場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、下側ブラケット、オイルリザーバータンクに亀裂が生じ、最悪の場合、オイルリザーバータンクが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、下側ブラケットを良品に、上側ブラケットを新品に交換するとともに、当該ブラケットのボルト、ナットを全て新品に交換する。
