Issue
At the passenger doorway, the rear door mounting and adjustment, the exterior handle, and the shape of the door-opening rod are inappropriate, causing the door to operate with excessive effort on some vehicles. Continued use in this condition places excessive force on the exterior handle, which may cause the handle to break. In the worst case, the door may become unable to open or close.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the rear door exterior handle and door-opening rod with corrected parts.

状況
乗降口において、後部扉の取付・調整、外側ハンドル及び開扉用ロッドの形状が不適切な ため、開扉操作が重い車両があり、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該後部扉の外側 ハンドルに過大な力がかかることにより、当該ハンドルが破損し、最悪の場合、扉の開閉 ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該後部扉の外側ハンドル及び開扉用ロッドを対策品と交換する。
