Defect
The exterior operating handle of the emergency exit door has insufficient strength. If the handle is pulled before the lock is released during operation, the handle may fracture. As a result, the door may become unable to be opened from outside the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the handle with the corrected part.

状況
非常口扉の車外操作ハンドルの強度が不足しているため、当該ハンドル操作時、ロック解除前にハンドルを引張ると折損するものがある。そのため、車外から扉を開けることができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ハンドルを対策品に交換する。
