Defect
On concrete pump trucks, the bolts and nuts securing the hydraulic pump PTO flange to the propeller shaft are non-conforming parts with insufficient strength. Loads generated during driving and PTO operation may cause these bolts to fracture. In the worst case, the propeller shaft may detach from the vehicle and create a hazard to other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the bolts and nuts securing the hydraulic pump PTO flange to the propeller shaft with genuine parts.

状況
コンクリートポンプ車の油圧ポンプ用PTOにおいて、当該PTOフランジとプロペラシャフトを締結するボルト及びナットに強度が不足している異品が組み付けられているため、走行時及びPTO駆動時の負荷等により当該ボルトが折損し、最悪の場合、プロペラシャフトが脱落して、他の交通の安全を妨げるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、油圧ポンプ用PTOフランジとプロペラシャフトを締結するボルト及びナットを正規品に交換する。
