Defect
In the LED control unit that governs lighting operation, the voltage settings applied to the dimmer switch, turn signal switch, and hazard switch are incorrect. This causes oxidation to form on the switch contacts, increasing contact resistance. As a result, the switches may fail to conduct, and the driving headlamps, turn signals, and hazard warning lamps may not illuminate.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the LED control unit with a corrected part.

状況
灯火等の点灯を制御するLEDコントロールユニットにおいて、ディマスイッチ、ウインカスイッチ、ハザードスイッチに印加する電圧設定が不適切なため、接点に酸化物が生成され接触抵抗が増大するものがある。そのため、スイッチが導通不良となり、走行用前照灯、方向指示器、非常点滅表示灯が点灯しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、LEDコントロールユニットを対策品と交換する。
