Defect
In the engine, the oil jet port of the timing chain lubrication system has an incorrect shape. Continued use causes inadequate lubrication of the timing chain. In the worst case, the timing chain may fracture.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the timing chain lubrication system with the corrected part and replace the timing chain assembly.

状況
原動機において、タイミングチェーン潤滑装置のエンジンオイル噴出口の形状が不適切 な為、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該タイミングチェーンの潤滑不良が生じ最悪 の場合、当該タイミングチェーンが破損するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該潤滑装置を対策品と交換するとともに、タイミングチェーンアッセンブリ ーを交換する。
