Defect
During a prior improvement campaign for the low-pressure fuel pump, incorrect packing was shipped due to improper packaging procedures at the parts facility. If the incorrect packing was installed during that campaign, the seal between the fuel pump and fuel tank is insufficient, and fuel may leak when the tank is full.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the low-pressure fuel pump packing with the correct part and replace surrounding components (lock nut, etc.) with new parts.

状況
低圧燃料ポンプの改善措置において、改善措置部品の梱包作業が不適切なため、異品のパッキンを出荷したものがある。そのため、改善措置において異品のパッキンが組付けられ、燃料ポンプと燃料タンクのシール性が不足し、燃料満タン時に燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、低圧燃料ポンプのパッキンを正規品に交換し、周辺部品（ロックナット等）を新品と交換する。
