Defect
On refrigerator/freezer trucks, insufficient design consideration resulted in inadequate clearance between the hydrogen fuel tank and the front-left chassis U-bolt washer. Driving vibration causes repeated contact between the hydrogen fuel tank and the U-bolt washer. Continued use may damage the hydrogen fuel tank and, in the worst case, cause the engine to stall while driving.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the upper and lower U-bolt washers with redesigned parts. If the hydrogen fuel tank shows surface damage, repair or replace the tank as necessary.

状況
冷蔵冷凍車の左最前方シャーシＵボルト座金（以下、「Ｕボルト座金」）において、設計時の検討が不十分だったため、水素燃料タンクとＵボルト座金の隙間が不足しているものがある。そのため、走行時の振動等により、水素燃料タンクとＵボルト座金が繰り返し干渉し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、水素燃料タンクが破損し、最悪の場合、走行中にエンジンが停止するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、上下のＵボルト座金を、形状を見直したものに交換する。水素燃料タンクに傷が付いていた場合は、必要に応じて、水素燃料タンクの補修又は交換をおこなう。
