Defect
On heavy-duty tractors with a relocated fuel tank, an improper welding process was used on the support bracket that secures the tank bracket, which may cause the support bracket to crack. If the vehicle continues to be operated in this condition, the crack may propagate. In the worst case, the fuel tank may tilt and detach from the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel tank bracket and support bracket with corrected/revised parts.

状況
大型トラクタの燃料タンクを移設した車両において、燃料タンクブラケットを固定するサポートブラケットの溶接工法が不適切なため、当該ブラケットに亀裂が入ることがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、燃料タンクが傾き、脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料タンクブラケットとサポートブラケットを対策品に交換する。
