Defect
In the combination meter (full LCD type), an improper control program may prevent the startup sequence that drives the LCD display from completing. As a result, the speedometer and warning lights may fail to appear on screen.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reprogram the combination meter control program to the corrected/updated software.
