Defect
On vehicles equipped with the E13C engine, the DPR regeneration control program is improperly configured, causing the urea SCR catalyst temperature to exceed expected levels during DPR regeneration under high-speed, high-load conditions. This accelerates catalyst degradation. Continued operation may cause nitrogen oxide emissions in the exhaust gas to exceed the regulatory limit.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, as an interim measure, the SCR catalyst purification rate is inspected and the catalyst is replaced if it exceeds the reference value. An SCR catalyst purification rate inspection item is also added to the maintenance note service schedule. A permanent corrective measure will be implemented once determined.

状況
E13Cエンジン搭載車において、DPR再生用制御プログラムが不適切なため、高回転高負荷条件でのDPR再生中に尿素SCR触媒温度が想定より高温となり、触媒劣化の進行が早くなることがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると排出ガス中の窒素酸化物の排出値が規制値を超えるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、暫定措置として、浄化率の点検を行い、基準値を超える場合は触媒を交換する。また、メンテナンスノートの点検整備項目にSCR触媒の浄化率点検を追加する。なお、恒久対策が決定し次第、改めて措置を実施する。
