Defect
On large trucks, improper workmanship during the manufacturing process of the air brake hoses produced units with insufficient durability. Continued use may cause the hose to fail and leak air, illuminating the brake warning light and reducing braking force.
Corrective action

状況
大型トラックのエアブレーキ用ブレーキホースにおいて、ホース製造工程での作業が不適切なため、耐久性が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該ホースが破損してエアが漏れ、ブレーキ警告灯が点灯し、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブレーキホースの製造番号を点検し、対象となるものは良品に交換する。
