Defect
On some vehicles, the brake pipe routing inside the driver's compartment is incorrect, causing the brake pipe to contact the parking brake lever. Continued use may damage the brake pipe, allowing brake fluid to leak and reducing braking force.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles. Where the clearance between the brake pipe and parking brake lever is insufficient, or where the pipe is already damaged, replace the brake pipe with a conforming unit.

状況
制動装置の運転者席内のブレーキパイプの取り回しが不適切なものがあり、当該ブレーキ パイプと駐車ブレーキレバーが干渉し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ブレーキ パイプが損傷して、ブレーキ液が漏れ、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、当該ブレーキパイプと駐車ブレーキレバーの隙間が少ないもの及び損傷し ているものは、当該ブレーキパイプを良品と交換する。
