Defect
Incorrect work instructions for securing the shift cable resulted in some vehicles being assembled without the body-mounting bolt. Driving vibration then causes the shift cable to contact and rub against the blow-by hose. Continued operation in this condition may wear a hole through the blow-by hose, allowing blow-by gas to leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the shift cable mounting bolt will be installed. If the blow-by hose shows damage, it will be replaced with a new part.

状況
シフトケーブル固定に関する作業指示が不適切なため、車体への固定ボルトが組み付けられていないものがある。そのため、走行振動によりシフトケーブルとブローバイホースが干渉し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ブローバイホースに穴が開きブローバイガスが漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、シフトケーブルの固定ボルトを組み付ける。なお、ブローバイホースに損傷がある場合は、ブローバイホースを新品に交換する。
