Defect
In the door opening and closing detection system (photoelectric device) of buses, insufficient consideration was given to external factors affecting the photoelectric tube. Water adhesion or ambient light interference may cause the photoelectric device to malfunction, preventing the door from opening or closing.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the photoelectric tube and photoelectric relay with corrected/revised parts, and adjust the optical axis alignment.

状況
バスの乗降開閉機構の検知器（光電装置）において、光電管への外的要因に対する検討が不十分なため、水の付着や外乱光等により、当該光電装置が誤検知を起こし、扉が開閉できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、光電管および光電リレーを対策品に交換し、光軸の調整を行う。
