Defect
The integrated body controller software on buses contains an error in the door anti-entrapment control logic. When the accelerator pedal is depressed while a door is closing, the anti-entrapment function deactivates. As a result, passengers may become entrapped in the closing door.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reprogram the door anti-entrapment function with the corrected software.

状況
バスの統合制御コントローラにおいて、扉挟み込み防止機能の制御プログラムが不適切なため、扉閉作動中にアクセルペダルを踏み込むと、扉挟み込み防止機能が作動を停止し、乗客が扉に挟み込まれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、扉挟み込み防止機能の制御プログラムを対策プログラムに書き換える。
