Defect
On the loader's intercooler, the intake air supply hose was improperly selected. Repeated pressurization of the hose during operation may cause the hose to crack or fail. This results in insufficient boost pressure, leading to reduced engine output and exhaust emissions that may no longer meet regulatory limits.
Corrective action
Replace the intercooler hose outlet side on all vehicles with a corrected part.

状況
ショベルローダーのインタークーラーにおいて、エンジンへ吸気を供給するホースの選定が不適切なため、走行等において当該ホースに加圧を繰り返すとホースが破損することがある。そのため、過給圧力不足によるエンジン出力の低下や排出ガスが基準値を満足しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、インタークーラーホース出口側を対策品に交換する。
