Issue
On engine-powered forklifts, the exhaust heat shield is improperly assembled, allowing exhaust heat to loosen the mounting bolts. Repeated heating and cooling cycles during normal vehicle operation and shutdown may cause the mounting bolts and heat shield to detach.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the heat shield and its mounting hardware with corrected parts.

状況
エンジン式フォークリフトの排気管の遮熱板において、取付け方法が不適切なため、排気熱により取付けボルトが緩むことがある。そのため、そのままの状態で車両の稼動・停車に伴う加熱・冷却を繰り返した場合、取付けボルトおよび、遮熱板が外れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、遮熱板および、遮熱板取付け部品を対策品に交換する。
