Defect
In the fuse box, the electromagnetic circuit and relay selection for the integrated reverse lamp control relay are inappropriate. When the relay operates, metallic debris generated during switching may become nipped in the relay drive section. This causes a contact failure in the relay, which may result in the reverse lamps failing to illuminate.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuse box with a corrected part.

状況
ヒューズボックスにおいて、内蔵される後退灯制御リレーの電磁力回路とリレーの選定が不適切なため、リレー作動時に生成された金属異物がリレー駆動部に挟まることがある。そのため、当該リレーが導通不良となり、後退灯が不点灯となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ヒューズボックスを対策品と交換する。
