Defect
On the front right engine mount of the GH11 engine, the bracket fixing bolts were tightened in an incorrect sequence during assembly, leaving a gap between the bracket and the suspension bracket. Engine vibration causes the fixing bolts to loosen over time. Continued operation in this condition can cause the bracket to fracture, allowing the engine to shift. In the worst case, the cooling fan contacts adjacent components and sustains damage, reducing cooling performance and leading to engine overheating.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the affected bolts for loosening and inspect the bracket joint, then re-torque the bolts in the correct sequence. If the bolts or bracket show any damage, replace them with new parts.

状況
ＧＨ１１エンジンの前方右側エンジンマウントにおいて、ブラケット固定ボルトの締付け順序が不適切なため、サスペンションブラケットとの間に隙間ができているものがある。そのため、エンジン振動等で固定ボルトが緩み、そのままの状態で使用を続けるとブラケットが破断してエンジンが振れ、最悪の場合、クーリングファンが他部と接触・破損して、冷却性能が低下しオーバーヒートに至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ボルトの緩みとブラケット接合部を確認し、適正な順序で締め付ける。 なお、当該ボルト及びブラケットに損傷等がある場合は、新品に交換する。
