Defect
In the fuel pump of hybrid vehicles, the voltage applied to the pump is excessive and the motor brushes are improperly assembled, causing the brushes to tilt and generate excessive sparking, which leads to abnormal wear. As a result, the fuel pump may malfunction and cause the engine to stall.
Corrective action
Replace the fuel pump on all vehicles with a corrected part.

状況
