Defect
On the loader fuel pump, the permanent magnets inside the pump were improperly selected. At low temperatures, these magnets lose magnetic strength, causing the motor to operate at excessively high RPM and current draw, which abnormally wears the motor brushes. This wear leads to contact failure and fuel pump malfunction. In the worst case, the engine may stall during operation and fail to restart.
Corrective action
Replace the fuel pump on all vehicles with the corrected part.

状況
ショベルローダの燃料ポンプにおいて、ポンプ内部の永久磁石の選定が不適切なため、低温時に減磁が発生し、モータが高回転・高電流となりモーターブラシが異常摩耗するものがある。そのため、接点不良が生じ、燃料ポンプが作動不良となり、最悪の場合、走行中にエンジンが停止し、再始動できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料ポンプを対策品に交換する。
