Defect
In the engine valve train, the oil feed hole position in the rocker support is incorrectly located, creating excessive clearance in the oil passage. This allows more oil than necessary to accumulate inside the head cover, and that oil may migrate into the combustion chamber through the blowby gas passage. The resulting lubrication deficiency can cause engine seizure and, in the worst case, engine damage.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, install a corrected part to prevent oil from entering the combustion chamber.

状況
原動機の動弁機構において、ロッカサポート部の給油穴位置が不適切なため、油路の隙間が大きくなることによりヘッドカバー内に必要以上のオイルが滞留し、ブローバイガスの通路を経由して燃焼室にオイルが廻り込むことがある。そのため、オイルの潤滑不良でエンジンが焼き付き、最悪の場合、エンジンが破損するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃焼室にオイルが廻り込まないよう対策品を取り付ける。
