Defect
On agricultural tractors, the power supply wiring terminal (ST terminal) of the starter motor does not conform to the specified design and has insufficient strength. As a result, cracks may have formed at the terminal during machining or assembly. Continued use in this condition can cause the terminal to fracture, in which case the engine may become unable to start.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, cut the power supply wiring at the ST terminal, then connect a corrective lead wire fitted with a genuine replacement terminal.

状況
農耕トラクタのスタータモータにおいて、電源供給配線の端子(ST端子)が設計されたものと異なり、強度が不足しているため、加工時および組付け時に端子部に亀裂が発生しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、端子部が破損し、エンジンの始動ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、電源供給配線をST端子部で切断し、正規品の端子を組み込んだ対策用リードワイヤを結合する。
