Defect
In the continuously variable transmission (CVT) controller, improper manufacturing control of a resistor mounted on the internal circuit board allows cracks to form at the solder joint, causing the resistance value to rise. This degrades CVT hydraulic control, causing vehicle speed to drop while driving and making acceleration difficult.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the CVT controller with a conforming unit.

状況
無段変速機(CVT)コントローラにおいて、内部基板に装着している抵抗の製造管理が不適切なため、接合部に亀裂が生じて、抵抗値が高くなることがある。そのため、CVTの油圧制御が不良となり、走行中に車速が低下し、加速が困難になるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、CVTコントローラを良品と交換する。
