Defect
The owner's manual omits the seat-position compatibility table for i-Size child seats, causing non-compliance with Safety Standards Article 22-3, Detailed Regulations Article 30 (UN Regulation No. 16, 06 series of amendments). There is no functional defect in the child seat anchorage system itself.
Corrective action

取扱説明書において、「ｉ－Ｓｉｚｅ（アイサイズ）チャイルドシートの座席位置別適合性一覧表」が記載されていないため、保安基準第２２条の３ 細目告示第３０条（協定規則第１６号第６改訂版）に適合しない。なお、チャイルドシート固定時の機能上に問題はない。
改善措置
全車両、「ｉ－Ｓｉｚｅ（アイサイズ）チャイルドシートの座席位置別適合性一覧表」を記載した取扱説明書に交換する。
