Defect
On the engine fuel pipe, connector bolts were improperly torqued during assembly, resulting in insufficient clamping force. The connector bolts may loosen, causing a fuel leak. In the worst case, the leak may result in a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the fuel pipe, gasket, and connector bolts are replaced with new parts and tightened to the specified torque.

状況
エンジンの燃料パイプにおいて、コネクタボルトの締め付け作業が不適切なため、締め付け力が不足しているものがある。そのため、コネクタボルトが緩み燃料が漏れ、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該燃料パイプ、パッキンおよびコネクタボルトを新品と交換し、規定トルクで締め付ける。
