Defect
The brake booster hose connection is positioned improperly on the cabin-side, placing it within reach of the driver's foot. If the driver forcefully depresses the connection, it may become dislodged, reducing brake boost assistance and extending stopping distance.
Corrective action
Install a protective cover over the brake booster hose connection on all vehicles. If the hose connection is found to be partially dislodged, it will be properly reseated before the cover is installed.

状況
ブレーキブースタにおいて、車室内側ホース接続部の位置が不適切なため、運転者の足が当たるおそれがある。そのため、当該ホース接続部を強く踏み下ろされた場合、接続部が外れてブレーキ倍力が不足し、制動停止距離が長くなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ブレーキブースタのホース接続部に保護カバーを組み付ける。なお、当該ホース接続部が外れかけている場合は適切に組み付ける。
