Defect
The brake hose is routed improperly, causing it to contact the engine emergency stop cable on some vehicles. Continued use in this condition may cause an air leak, and in the worst case, braking force is reduced.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles. Any brake hose found to be damaged is replaced with a conforming part. Protective tape is then wrapped around the brake hose and secured with a band clip.

状況
制動装置のブレーキホースの取り回しが不適切なため、エンジン非常停止用ケーブルと干 渉しているものがあり、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、エア漏れを起こ し、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、当該ブレーキホースに損傷があるものは、良品と交換すると共に当該ブレ ーキホースに保護テープを巻いてバンドクリップで固定する。
