Defect
On large and medium route buses, the bolts securing the door engine coupling bracket on the center sliding door are improperly torqued, allowing the bolts to loosen and back out. Continued use allows a displaced bolt to interfere with the inner pillar, preventing the center door from opening and closing reliably.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the door engine coupling bracket fixing bolts with corrected/revised parts. If any bolt is found to have loosened, perform a center alignment adjustment between the door engine coupling bracket and the door engine.

状況
大中型路線バスの中扉(引き戸)において、ドアエンジン連結金具を固定するボルトの締め付け力が不適切なため、当該ボルトが緩んで抜け出すものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、抜け出したボルトがインナーピラーと干渉し、中扉の確実な開閉が出来なくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ドアエンジン連結金具の固定ボルトを対策品と交換する。また、当該ボルトに緩みが認められた場合は、ドアエンジン連結金具とドアエンジンの芯出し調整を実施する。
