Defect
On refuse trucks equipped with plunger-type hydraulic pumps (manufactured by Fuji Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., product name: Fuji Mighty), the hydraulic pump mounting bracket has insufficient strength, causing cracks to develop in part of the bracket. Continued use allows the crack to propagate until the bracket fractures. In the worst case, the hydraulic pump falls from the vehicle.
Corrective action
Replace the hydraulic pump mounting bracket with the corrected part on all vehicles.

状況
プランジャ式油圧ポンプを装着した塵芥車（富士重工業（株）製、商品名：フジマイティー）において、油圧ポンプ取付金具の強度が不足しているため、当該金具の一部に亀裂が生じるものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し、当該金具が破断し、最悪の場合、油圧ポンプが落下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、油圧ポンプ取付金具を対策品と交換する。
