Defect
On buses, bolt and nut tips protrude from the rear face of the distribution panel and contact the electrical wiring routed behind it. Continued use causes the wiring insulation to wear through. In the worst case, a short circuit occurs and results in a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles. Repair any damaged electrical wiring, and apply protective material over the protruding bolt and nut tips on the rear face of the distribution panel.

状況
バスにおいて、配電盤裏側にボルト・ナットの先端が突出しているため、電気配線と干渉するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、配線被覆が摩耗し、最悪の場合、短絡が発生し、火災になるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、電気配線に損傷がある場合は修復するとともに、配電盤裏側のボルト・ナットの突起物に保護材を貼付する。
