Defect
On buses, certain forward-folding seats located beside the emergency exit were assembled without the anti-tip bracket. If a passenger falls rearward onto the seat during hard braking, the hinge locking mechanism may release. In the worst case, the seat may collapse forward.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, install the anti-tip bracket.
