Defect
On light trucks equipped with compressed natural gas (CNG) engines, the mounting bolts securing the fuel tank bracket are tightened below the specified torque, causing the bolts to loosen. Continued use may result in the bolts falling out. In the worst case, the fuel tank may detach from the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel tank bracket bolts and nuts with corrected parts and retighten to the specified torque.

状況
小型トラックの圧縮天然ガス自動車（ＣＮＧ車）において、燃料タンク取付けブラケットの締結構造に対して、ボルトの締付けトルクが不足しているため、当該ボルトが緩む場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ボルトが抜け落ち、最悪の場合、燃料タンクが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料タンク取付けブラケットのボルト及びナットを対策品と交換し、対策の締付けトルクで締付ける。
