Defect
On vehicles converted from welfare-use vehicles to commercial-use vehicles, the aisle leading to the seats does not provide the clear space required by Article 23, Paragraph 2 of the Safety Standards.
Corrective action
The rear seat floor board is replaced with a corrected part, and the positions of the floor board and the fold-up side seat are adjusted to comply with the required aisle dimensions.
