Defect
On certain exhaust pipes and emission control components, the pipes and mounting bolts have insufficient strength and may sustain damage, causing exhaust gas leakage. In the worst case, exhaust emissions may fail to meet the specified regulatory values.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the EGR pipe and exhaust throttle valve mounting bolts with corrected parts. On certain vehicle variants, also replace the exhaust front pipe with a corrected part; if a vibration damper is not fitted to the tail pipe, replace the center pipe with a new part and add a vibration damper to the tail pipe.

状況
排気管および排出ガス防止装置において、パイプおよび取付けボルトの強度が不足しているものがあるため、当該部位が損傷して排出ガスが漏れ、最悪の場合、排出ガスが基準値を満足しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ＥＧＲパイプおよび排気絞り弁取付けボルトを対策品に交換する。また、一部車型については、フロントパイプを対策品に交換するとともに、テールパイプに制振ダンパが取付いていない場合は、センタパイプを新品に交換し、テールパイプに制振ダンパを追加する。
