Defect
On front wheel hub replacement parts, improper machining of the hub bolt holes causes the wheel hub or hub bolts to interfere with the disc plate. Continued use in this condition may cause the wheel nuts to loosen or the hub bolts to fracture. In the worst case, the vehicle may become inoperable.
Corrective action
Replace the complete front wheel hub assembly on all vehicles with a conforming part.

状況
フロント・ホイールハブの補修部品において、ハブボルト穴の加工が不適切なため、ホイールハブやハブボルトがディスクプレートと干渉するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ホイールナットの緩みやハブボルトの折損が発生し、最悪の場合、走行不能に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、フロント・ホイールハブ一式を良品と交換する。
