Defect
The pin crimping that secures the parking brake lever to the ratchet is improper, which may cause the ratchet to jam partway through parking brake operation. As a result, the parking brake lever cannot be held in position, and parking brake force may be insufficient.
Corrective action
Replace the parking brake lever assembly with a conforming part on all vehicles.

状況
駐車ブレーキレバーとラチェットを固定するピンのかしめが不適切なため、駐車ブレーキを操作した際、途中でラチェットが動かなくなるものがある。そのため、駐車ブレーキレバーが保持できず、駐車制動力が不足するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、駐車ブレーキレバー一式を良品と交換する。
