Defect
Spare tire clamps for dual-tire applications sold as replacement repair parts were shipped with components that do not conform to the correct specification due to inadequate parts management during manufacturing. If these non-conforming parts are installed, the mounting bolts may loosen and the spare tire may detach, creating a hazard to other traffic.
Corrective action
Inspect the spare tire clamp on all vehicles. If the specification is incorrect, replace it with the genuine part and replace the mounting bolts with new ones.

状況
交換修理用部品として販売したダブルタイヤ仕様のスペアタイヤクランプにおいて、製造時の部品管理が不適切なため、正規の仕様と異なる部品を出荷したものがある。そのため、当該部品を組付けた場合、締め付けボルトが緩み、スペアタイヤが脱落し、他の交通の妨げになるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、スペアタイヤクランプを点検し、仕様が異なる場合は正規品に交換するとともに、締め付けボルトを新品に交換する。
