Defect

状況
交換修理用部品として販売したダブルタイヤ仕様のスペアタイヤクランプにおいて、製造時の部品管理が不適切なため、正規の仕様と異なる部品を出荷したものがある。そのため、当該部品を組付けた場合、締め付けボルトが緩み、スペアタイヤが脱落し、他の交通の妨げになるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、スペアタイヤクランプを点検し、仕様が異なる場合は正規品に交換するとともに、締め付けボルトを新品に交換する。
