Defect
During vehicle assembly, the air piping layout of the brake fluid filling equipment was improperly configured, allowing large amounts of moisture to enter the hydraulic circuit of the brake system. When frequent brake applications raise the temperature of the brake system, the trapped moisture vaporizes inside the circuit and generates vapor bubbles. In the worst case, brake effectiveness may be lost.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the brake fluid.

状況
車両組み立て時のブレーキオイル充填行程において、当該充填装置のエア配管のレイアウトが不適切なため、制動装置の油圧回路内に多量の水分が混入したものがある。そのため、頻繁なブレーキ操作により制動装置の温度が上昇すると、混入した水分が回路内で蒸発し気泡が発生するため、最悪の場合、ブレーキがきかなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブレーキオイルの交換を実施する。
