Defect
The material of the fuel hose connected to the fuel cooler is inappropriate. When road de-icing agents or similar substances accumulate at the hose connection on the cooler, electrolytic corrosion can cause rust to develop. Continued use allows the rust to progress at the connection and, in the worst case, may result in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel hose with a corrected part. Additionally, inspect the hose connection; where rust is present, replace the fuel cooler with a new unit.

状況
フューエルクーラ（燃料冷却器）に接続している燃料ホースの材質が不適切なため、当該クーラのホース接続部に融雪剤等が付着すると電食による錆が発生することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると接続部の錆が進行し、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料ホースを対策品と交換する。また、ホース接続部を点検し、錆のあるものはフューエルクーラを新品と交換する。
