Defect
On asphalt finishers, the front wheel mounting nuts may have been tightened with insufficient torque. Continued use allows the nuts to loosen, and in the worst case, the wheel may detach from the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, remove paint from the nut seating surfaces and retorque the mounting nuts to the specified value. Replace any hub bolts or mounting nuts that show damage with new parts.

状況
アスファルト・フィニッシャの前車輪において、取付けナット締付け力が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると当該ナットがゆるみ、車輪が脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ナット座面の塗装を除去し、取付けナットを規定の締付け力で締め付ける。 また、ハブボルト及び取付けナットが損傷しているものは新品に交換する。
